Halloween Parade & Party

This first picture is actually before Emma got on the bus. We want to enter her picture in a contest they have on the radio so I had to get a picture of her in her "Blo" costume as Emma says it! I think this picture turned out way cute! I'm a little biased:)

The Halloween Parade at the school was at 8:45 am and it was freezing. Andrew had his winter coat on and cried the entire time because he was so cold. Emma and Julia didn't seem to mind too much, even though Emma's poor face is pink.

Julia IS an angel. Nothing more needs to be said.

I got to help with Julia's class party. I brought the cookies and the kids decorated them. I did the same thing last year and knew it was easy, even though it wasn't cheap. They had three different games going and one craft. The kids all seemed to have a great time!

Julia is on the bottom right corner.

AJ is 6 months

It's hard to believe AJ is already 6 months old. Now it seems every month I think, This is my favorite age. Maybe it's because AJ is such a good baby. I love the smiles and coos and giggles. AJ is a pretty good sleeper now. He usually sleeps 8 hours straight. He is almost sitting. But nowhere near crawling. I love this kid. I'm so happy Heavenly Father decided to send him to us at this time, even though at first I wasn't so sure. Now I don't know what I would do without him!

AJ's first taste of Rice Cereal. He definitely wore more than he ate.

Big bro helping feed AJ his bottle.

Park Playin!

The other day the kids were off school we went to Bicentennial Park in Provo. They have a great playground, lots of grass where we played kickball, great climbing trees, and even a pond. They have a frisbee golf course but we didn't end up doing that this time.

The little kids stayed close to the playground and trees.

Andrew loved climbing the tree. We practically had to pull him out of it when it was time to go.

After the great kickball game the big kids headed down to the pond to catch guppies. Max ended up catching a frog.

Julia was wishing she could keep it, I'm sure. She is quite the animal lover.

We tried to get a picture with all the cousins on the bridge. It's not so easy taking pictures with little people.

Blazers vs. Jazz

Last Thursday night Eldon got the company tickets to the Jazz game. They were playing the Blazers in a pre-season game. The company tickets are on the 7th row so it's pretty fun to sit so close, I even watch the game when we're that close. We took Julia and Andrew who liked the game for about the 1st quarter. After that they were ready to leave. This is the only picture I got. Eldon is watching intently. He was a little dissappointed that Brandon Roy and Rudy Fernandez didn't play, and that the Blazers lost. But we still had a fun night!

The Red Barn

The kids had Thursday and Friday off school last week for Fall Break. We usually take at least one trip out to the Red Barn every fall. The kids love to pick out their own pumpkins and we all love their ice cream afterwards! YUMMY!

Andrew, Julia, and Max (in a silly hat) waiting for the hayride to begin.

Tessa, Emma, and Makayla posing as pumpkin heads, and waiting on the wagon. Emma loves these girls and they are so sweet to let her tag along where ever they go.

Julia found a tiny one for AJ.

I love this picture of all my kiddos inspecting a pumpkin.

Cornbelly's Fieldtrip with Emma

I got to go with Emma on an all-day fieldtrip last Tuesday to Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving Point. I must not spend enough one on one time with Emma because the whole day she kept hugging me and saying, "Mommy, you're here!" I felt so loved!

Emma on the bus, the hayride, and the slide!

Emma's favorite part of the day was racing the little ducks with the water spigot. She kept wanting to go back to that one thing.

Emma was just a little too nervous to stand up and bounce on the jumping pad. She crawled and then slid down. WEEEEE!!!!!

Before getting on the bus to head home we took this class picture, but just before we took it a little boy plopped himself down right in front of Emma. She is sitting behind the boy in the blue jacket.

Emma and I had a great time hanging out together ALL DAY!!!!

Hee Haws

The United Angels Foundation is a support group we belong to along with other parents of children with dissabilities. The UAF had a Halloween Party at Hee Haws in Pleasant Grove last Monday night.

They have this big slide on a pile of dirt. The kids had a great time sliding down the slippery slide.
Everyone loved the slide except AJ. He got pretty tired of watching everyone else have fun.

They also have the cutest bucket train there. The kids would have done this over and over again, but we had to move on since there was so much more to see and do.

The kids saw the pony rides right away. They got in line as quickly as they could. They love to ride ponies! I love the smile on Emma's face. It doesn't get much better than that!

The last part of the night the kids got to chase chickens and pet sheep and pigs and bunnies.
This was such a fun place! Our family had a great time! Thanks UAF!
