Back in the Saddle

Last year around Father's Day Eldon's company upgraded his phone to an iphone.  Our lives have not been the same since that day.  Every night after getting his phone Eldon would gush about all the wonderful things his phone could do.  It has an app for this and an app for that.  "This phone is so cool!" is all I would hear about.  It is no wonder that after listening to this raving about his wonderful phone that I asked him to buy me an iphone.  Yes, I understand it's different that his company pays for his so it's free, but shutup about how great your phone is then, right???  Pardon my garbage talk :)  Anyway, it took a couple of months, and actually having Eldon's sisters on my side helped more than anything, but Eldon finally broke down and bought me an iphone the beginning of August last year.  So my excuse for not blogging for the past 14 months is that since I have the internet on my phone I no longer find it necessary to sit at our home computer.  Besides the kids have practically ruined the computer by downloading games and viruses so it's now slower than a turtle.  Recently a friend of mine was visiting from out of state and encouraged me to blog again.  I love reading her blog and feel like I know a little about what's going on in her life and realize that loved ones far away feel the same about my blog.  So I decided in needed to get back in the blogging saddle.  But I think my computer is too outdated because I can't even upload pictures.  Sorry friends, it was worth a try.  I begged for a laptop for Christmas last year and got a bosch instead, which I love!  I begged for a laptop for my birthday this year, but Eldon said he would buy an ipad instead of a laptop.  "I'll take it," I said, but I got a bra for my birthday instead, which I also love, but I can't use my bra to blog :)  Well... you know what I mean.  Maybe this Christmas....
